I would say, I spent all of my childhood, adolescence and a good chunk of my adulthood being CRIPPLED by the opinions of others!

Like, I would get sick to my stomach and want to throw up fearing what people thought about me. I lived my life to stay in alignment with what people dreamed for my life, or what they dictated was the way to go.

Who can relate with me? It feels like you’re doing something good, to be under the submission of other opinions. I know this doesn’t apply to everyone. Long-term, it bites you in the butt, HARD. It takes more from your life, than adding to it.
